Message from the Chairman
My name is Gill Banks and for the coming year I will be the Shropshire Centres Chairman.
I have with my husband John been caravanning since 1971 and have been a Committee member for several years, the last two as Vice Chairman.
Rallying can be great fun, you get to know other members who have the same interest, that's what caravanning is all about.
We are quite a small Centre but through the year we visit lots of places of interest, locally or over the borders of Shropshire for long weekends or holiday rallies.
Do come along and join us and give it a try, my door will always be open for a quick chat and a cup of tea.
Gill Banks

Message from the Committee
Welcome to The Shropshire Centre Web Site. We are a friendly group of people who enjoy getting together at weekend Club Rallies. We would really like you to join us one weekend we will make you most welcome. You may then want to do it again (and again) . . .
Please take a look at the Rally Programme 2010 page for next years Rallies. Here you will find Weekend and Holiday Rallies listed.
If you are interested in attending, phone the Marshal who's details you will find listed alongside Rally information, they will give you all the information you require and try to answer any of your questions.
If you are registered with The Shropshire Centre, you will have recieved a Rally Book in the post (January 2010).
2009 saw an increase in new members joining The Centre, but we only had a few members join us on the Rally field. We would be interested to hear if there is something you believe we could do differently to encourage you out on to the field.
You will notice from the list of Rallies, we have a variety of programmes on offer ranging from Bowling, Flower Arranging or Photography. If you just simply want a quiet weekend amongst friends we can offer that too.
We regularly collect for an annually nominated charity. For 2010 we have elected to remain a supporter of The Shropshire Hospice.
In 2008/2009 we raised £1,000 for the Air Ambulance, whilst our Junior Section raised £800 for the RNLI.
Best wishes from the Shropshire Centre Committee
